This service includes running a new water supply line (up to 20 ft), installing a shut‑off valve if required, and performing leak testing and operational verification so your refrigerator’s water and ice functions operate as intended.

What’s Included

• Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
• Verification of suitable water source and installation pathway for the new waterline
• Unboxing and inspection of connection materials for visible defects (if applicable)
• Shutting off water supply and preparing for installation
• Supply and installation of a new cold water supply line (up to 20 ft of 1/4" pex and fittings) from an existing plumbing source to the refrigerator location
• Supply and installation of a standard water shut‑off valve where required and accessible within the installation scope
• Securing and routing of tubing in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable plumbing standards
• Connecting the refrigerator to the newly installed waterline using manufacturer‑supplied components or compatible connection fittings
• Turning on water supply and performing leak testing on all connections
• Purging air from the system and activating water/ice functions as applicable
• Positioning and aligning the refrigerator within the cabinetry or installation space
• Verifying proper operation of the water dispenser and/or ice maker
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down installation packaging and placing materials aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Installation of waterlines exceeding 20 ft in length
• Running waterlines through finished walls, ceilings, or enclosed spaces without accessible routing
• Plumbing modifications beyond the immediate connection point (e.g., major rerouting or structural access work)
• Electrical work or relocation of outlets
• Cabinetry modifications, drilling through finished surfaces requiring patching, or structural changes
• Installation of components not compatible with the appliance
• Installation where access to the water source is restricted or not readily available
• Disposal of packaging, old appliances, or debris
