Important – Select the Correct Installation Variant

Pricing and labour requirements vary based on range size and type. Customers must select the correct installation variant at checkout:

• Standard Gas Range (Up to 30")
• Pro‑Style Gas Range (Over 30")

Pro‑style gas ranges are typically larger, heavier, and higher‑output appliances that may require additional labour, staffing, and testing. Selecting the incorrect variant may result in additional charges, delays, or rescheduling to ensure proper staffing and a safe installation.

What’s Included

• Review of installation details with the customer before work begins
• Unboxing and inspection of the new gas range for visible damage
• Disconnecting and removing the existing range, including safely terminating gas and electrical connections
• Verifying the existing space, clearances, and connections are suitable for the replacement unit, with no modifications required
• Checking manufacturer clearance requirements to combustibles and surrounding cabinetry
• Installing the new gas range into the existing location and ensuring the unit is level and properly positioned
• Supplying and installing a standard flexible gas connector (up to 4 ft) where compatible and permitted
• Reconnecting to the existing gas supply and electrical connection
• Installation of anti‑tip bracket if supplied with the appliance and/or required by the manufacturer
• Performing gas leak testing on all connections
• Ensuring all manufacturer‑supplied accessories are installed prior to final testing
• Testing full operation, including burners, oven functions, controls, and ignition
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down installation packaging and placing materials aside for customer disposal

• Disposal of old appliances or packaging
• Pick‑up or delivery of the appliance
• Supply or installation of new gas shut‑off valves
• Gas line modifications, extensions, or relocations
• Electrical upgrades or circuit changes
• Cabinetry modifications, countertop alterations, or structural changes
• Conversions between natural gas and propane
• Installation where existing gas or electrical supply is not code‑compliant

Important Disclaimer

This service covers replacement installation only using the existing gas supply, electrical connection, and appliance location. Pro‑style ranges may have higher gas input and clearance requirements, and installation may not be completed if existing conditions are not suitable. Any additional labour, gas line work, electrical upgrades, cabinetry changes, or structural modifications may require additional charges or a separate appointment. Pre‑existing conditions, such as inadequate gas supply, insufficient clearances, damaged connections, or code‑compliance issues, may prevent installation from being completed. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if safety, accessibility, or compliance concerns are identified.

Optional Add‑On Services

Where applicable, optional add‑on services such as disposal of the old appliance and/or pick‑up and delivery from the local store may be available for this service. Eligible add‑ons, if offered for your specific appliance and location, will be presented during checkout. Add‑on services must be purchased at the same time as the installation and cannot be sold separately.
