What’s Included

• Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
• Unboxing and inspection of the gas range for visible damage
• Verification of clearance to combustibles and confirmation that installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Shutting off gas supply at the main shut‑off valve and preparing the installation area
• Supplying and installing a new gas shut‑off valve where one is not present or required for the new installation
• Running up to 20 ft of new gas line from an existing gas source to the appliance location
• Supplying and installing a standard gas‑rated flexible connector (approx. 3 ft) to connect the appliance
• Connecting the new gas range to the gas supply in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
• Connection to existing 110V electrical supply
• Installation of anti‑tip bracket if supplied with the appliance and/or required by the manufacturer
• Installation of all manufacturer‑supplied accessories (e.g., grates, racks, burner caps)
• Performing gas leak testing on all connections
• Ignition testing and verification of proper burner operation and flame characteristics
• Testing of all controls, oven functions, and appliance features to ensure proper operation
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Pick‑up or delivery of the appliance
• Supply or installation of gas line beyond 20 ft
• Gas permit fees (permit acquisition may be required and is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged)
• Electrical upgrades, circuit changes, or relocation of outlets
• Cabinetry modifications, structural changes, or removal of existing structures
• Conversions between natural gas and propane
• Ventilation system installation or modifications
• Disposal of packaging or existing appliances
