What’s Included

• Review of installation details and site conditions with the customer before work begins
• Verification that an existing, accessible, and code‑compliant natural gas shut‑off valve is present and suitable for connection
• Unboxing and inspection of the BBQ for visible damage or missing components
• Assembly of the BBQ in accordance with manufacturer instructions, ensuring all components are securely installed
• Verification of stability and safe positioning of the assembled BBQ
• Shutting off gas service at the existing shut‑off valve and disconnecting any existing appliance, where applicable
• Supplying and installing a standard gas‑rated flexible connector
• Connecting the BBQ to the existing natural gas supply in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable gas codes
• Performing gas leak testing on all connections
• Ignition testing and verification of proper burner operation and flame characteristics
• Installation of a gas compliance tag where required by local regulations
• Review of the completed installation and basic BBQ operation with the customer
• Final cleanup of the immediate work area, including breaking down packaging materials and placing them aside for customer disposal

What’s Not Included

• Installation of a new natural gas line or extensions/modifications to an existing gas line
• Supply or installation of a gas shut‑off valve where one does not already exist
• Permit acquisition or inspection coordination
• Connection to propane or alternate gas sources
• Gas conversion of the BBQ
• Supply of parts not included with the BBQ
• Modifications or alterations to the BBQ unit
• Structural modifications to the installation area
• Disposal of packaging, old appliances, or debris

If a shut‑off valve is not present, gas service is not code‑compliant, or site conditions do not meet safety or regulatory requirements, installation may not proceed and additional charges or a separate service may be required. Any work beyond what is expressly listed above may require a revised scope and additional charges. All work is subject to manufacturer requirements, safety considerations, and applicable local gas regulations, and service may be declined if conditions are deemed unsafe or non‑compliant.
